When does a commission become eligible?
Commissions become eligible after the customer has used the service, such as after the trip is completed.
Why is my commission still marked as pending?
Pending means the service has not yet been delivered. The status changes automatically once the eligible date is reached.
How do I request a payout and how long does it take?
Submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard. Payouts are processed within up to 7 business days after request confirmation.
What happens if a booking is canceled?
If a customer booking is canceled, the related commission is canceled as well.
Can commissions expire?
Yes. Commissions may expire if no payout request is submitted within 180 days from the eligible date.
