Things to Know Before Your Trip

• Flight Safety: Do not book your return boat on your flight day. Return to Bali at least 1–2 days before your departure.
• No Engines: Gili has no cars or motorbikes. Be ready to walk, bike, or take a Cidomo (horse carriage).
• Cash is Key: Island ATMs can be unreliable. Carry enough Indonesian Rupiah for small expenses.
• Pack Smart: Use a backpack or wheeled suitcase (some paths are sandy). Bring reef-safe sunscreen!
• Respect Nature: Please do not touch turtles or step on coral reefs while snorkeling.
