1. Cancellation Time
- Peak season: 21days (3 weeks) before departure
- High season: 14 days (2 weeks) before departure
- Low season: 7 days (1 week) before departure
2. Cancellations by Port Authority
The cruise will be canceled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, the trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
3. Cancellation by Customer
If canceled, Queen Ruizi is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in compliance with the Queen Ruizi 18 and 10 cancellation fee policy as follows:
Peak season period: if cancellation less than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
High Season period: if cancellation less than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
Low Season Period: if cancellation less than 7 days (1 weeks) prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total payment.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure in all seasons, shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% (percent) of the total payment.
Bad Weather
Since all the activities are focused on weather conditions, this is why we will not be responsible for a full refund to the guests or agents if there is bad weather on doing the activities that involves stopping the activities with regard to the safety of the guests.
Force Majure
We shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeur, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & Regulation, Acts of God or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Queen Ruizi jurisdiction.
